Protect the security, sense of dignity, and self-worth of seniors
Provide seniors with adequate and appropriate information and resources
Assist seniors in maintaining their independence and ability to remain safely in their own homes

Our History

Baba Senior Outreach was established by Dr. Geetha Priyanka, a local primary care physician, who has cared for many seniors in the area for over two decades.
In her years of service, she strived to accomplish the best outcomes for their health and wellness. This is how the organization started for the community.

Our Vision

It is the vision of Baba Senior Clinic Outreach to partner with all healthcare allies and not-profit organizations in any community to become pioneers for providing premiere services to that community’s seniors regardless of financial status, insurance, or corporate affiliation. Furthermore, it’s our vision that Baba Senior Clinic Outreach will serve 1 million seniors by the year 2031.

Our Mission

It is the mission of Baba Senior Clinic Outreach to serve our senior population. We will serve our senior population with a bold dedication to the highest quality of competence in meeting their needs physically, mentally, emotionally and financially. It is also our mission to serve our seniors to help improve their quality of life by creating systems that ensures all seniors we touch receive the care at their transitions, co-pay assistance, dental care, personal care for wellness as well transportation assistance they need regardless of financial status. Additionally, it is the mission of Baba Senior Clinic Outreach to ensure that our organization is comprised of the highest caliber caregivers and practitioners with a passion for serving. Lastly, it is the hope of Baba Senior Clinic Outreach that through our actualized approach to serving our seniors we will create and promote a quality of care throughout communities that transcends any corporate affiliation, starting” Brevard” Florida.
