BABA Senior Care Outreach

We are a private not-for-profit organization in service to the aging community. We value them as individuals and aim to promote good health, safety, and a better quality of life for them. The Space Coast Area is nationally recognized as a community that supports its seniors, and they are continually laying the foundation and setting the path for how we would like our grandparents, parents, and children to be treated as they grow older. While we are currently only serving the Space Coast Area, we have a vision to expand its services across the globe.

Our goal

Our goal is wellness of the seniors.

Dr. Geetha Priyanka and her team realized that the disintegrated healthcare system, limited income, limited support system, and complex health issues of seniors have pushed them through the cracks of the system, leading many to suffer immensely. There are many organizations that focus on helping seniors, but there are very few that are able to personally help and guide them. With this goal in mind, we aim to create a sustainable system involving the community, volunteers and healthcare providers.

Case Management and Transition Care Services

Here your assigned case manager will become the senior’s advocate and help with coordinating medical care, medication management, weekly wellness checks and help with organizing after hospital, rehab or move to an assisted living facility.

Co-Pay Assistance

Co-pay assistance to physician services, medications, radiology services and procedures - Maximum Cap of 100 dollars/month/Senior.

Personal Care Services

Light house keeping, any repairs, lawn care or delivery of food/medications.

Transportation Servicess

For their healthcare appointments or senior centers.
